Gehui Village

[Josh]

Earlier this night, seven people were murdered in their sleep without a single trace or clue as to what had happened. People report glowing lights coming in from the window but no one saw anyone enter or leave.

Raioe was sitting in a dark alley finishing off the Embodiment ritual. His hands were covered in blood - not his own, of course. He thought to himself, that many and no one noticed me? I'm too good...
The last part of the ritual was having to take the blood of the others into one's own body. His sliced his hand with his knife and let the still fresh blood seep into the wound and mix with his own. The wound glowed orange as the ritual completed and it sealed, leaving only the faintest of marks. He washed his hands off in a puddle and continued sitting there.

[Misa Misuya]

A faint flickering appears beside him, It is a shadow, a shadow spirit.
A soft echoing sound emits from its hood. " I knew, i could smell the blood in the moonlight...Nice technique you got goin'"
The puppets on the ground smile, tilting their heads to the side.

[Josh]

Raioe could sense no physical form. A ghost? No... they feel different. Must be a spirit... they feel like my shadow illusions...
He listens to her speak and nods but carries on looking straight ahead. Then, to show of the technique he uses an illusion to change his form. He bites his thumb and the blood trickles down it. Then he rubs it over his knuckles and draws energy from it around his body. Then in a shimmer that confuses the eye, his body changes into a small girl no older than eight years of age. She looks innocent. Then to add to the effect, he creates a visual illusion of a teddybear.

[Josh]

[Sorry for double post]

The teddybear mimics the shape and movements of the puppets. It has poorly added facial features though for they are too hard to copy without eyes and relied completely on the shape of them. Raioe turns his head towards the spirit and grins.

[Roland]

Hijo walked down the street close to the alley. He heard voices so went to investigate, without a sound he called a spirit which went high into the air and looked down at the people in the alley he saw a boy who changed shapes continuously.

'Fascinating'Hijo whispered to himself

Then a loud bang and a cloud of black smoke engulfed Hijo and when it cleared he was gone.The bang alerted the people behind the alley.

[Josh]

Raioe jumps at this bang because of his heightened hearing. He sends out his energy, feeling in all directions but feels no other presense around them. Still, it puts him on edge.
He releases his Embodiment and turns back to his original self. He gets up and walks towards the source of the sound, walking perfectly, avoiding obstacles in his path, as if he could actually see.
He grips the hilt of his blade ready to defend incase of an ambush or attack. He hears clanking of metal - Guards. He quickly uses the small child Illusion again just before they come around the corner. He clutches the teddybear he used earlier.
"Piletia?" A guard shouts and then to the other guard "She's alive!"
He runs up to Raioe and grabs him in his arms. "We need to get you to your mother. She's in so much despair over-" Before he could finish, Raioe reaches his energy into the Guard and searches into his neck and uses his technique, Energy Reach. He extends his energy into the guards neck and feels for the sinews around the muscles. He locates the weaker spots and compresses, hard. His neck exploded in a gruseome way, killing him instantly. The other guard goes to shout for help, but Raioe uses Reality Shift on the guards mind. He feeds an image of the ground opening beneath him and fires rising up burning his skin. The Guard appears to be squirming around on the floor in agony. Raioe walks up to him and severs his neck with his blade. He puts the blood coated blade in its sheath, careful to retain the blood for later.
I was wrong, he though, Its actually nine, tonight.

[Roland]

Hijo watches this from a roof top not far away, He lights another cigar and jumps down from the roof making a loud thud dust flies out everywere. He looks out towards the creature it hasnt noticed him yet. Hijo removes his head gear revealing a bare skull. He scratches the side of his head.
Before walking towards the creature.

[Misa Misuya]

Since she's been observing, she is actually quite shocked, but it gives her the oppertunity to use some of her techniques.
She glances towards all the blood in the gaurds body on the floor, she sences water with it.
She flicks out her hand, and pulls it back, the gaurd sitting up.
With her other hand, she locks onto the air within his lungs and within his bone marrow. Using these to make him stand with one swift movement of her hand. She is playing with him.
She makes him lift his sword and dance about.
A echoy laugh comes from the puppets, and now, from the teddy bear...
"Hmmm, my two newest techniques learnt, seem to be my newest favourites, blood bending and bone bending. Heh. "
She glances to the other Raioe, looking at his blade.
She flicks the dead gaurds arm towards it, the skin severing down the side of the blade.
The puppets simply laugh in synch with one another...

[Roland]

Hijo notices the shadow spirit Ashizukai and continues walking down the street.
taking a long puff from his cigar. As he walks he hears the clang of metal as more guards come.
two spirits appear out of the ground and fly towards the guards 'You there! Stop!' the spirits hit them and they suddenly go limp. Then four spirits fly into the ground from the dead bodies.
Hijo continues walking towards the pair.

[Josh]

Raioe,once again, goes back to his original form and dissipates the teddy bear. In case of another attack, he uses his ability Salvation's Protection which creates a sheild by expanding the energy around him. He senses the area around him and is certain that there are no more guards within the immediant vicinity. I need to get out of here before more try to arrest me. They'll soon realise who i am and what i can do...
Silently, Raioe turns to walk away.

[Roland]

By the time Hijo reached the spot were the creature was standing it was already gone.
He looked down at the bodies of the guards
'Hehe' As he sees there wounds and notices there blood seeping out.
Two spirits come up behind Hijo, Hijo points at the bodys and they go into them and reanimate them.The bodys get up now. And walk off down the street in pursuit of the creature.

'Now the fun begins'

As hijo dissapears in a loud bang and a cloud of smoke.

[Misa Misuya]

Ashizukai glances to the bodies running towards the creature.
She accepts it and shrugs her shoulders.
"Heh, Why not?"
She rams her grip onto one of her puppets, it yelps as its picked up. She sends shadow energy into it, it morphs into a human guard mimic, She releases it from the wires ad points in the direction of the creature,
"go join the guards in their persuit, i wanna test that creature, he seems worthy..."
She turns to Hijo, nodding her head, then looking back down the street, watching the puppet run.

[Josh]

It seems i'm not wanted around in many places, Raioe thinks to himself as he feels himself being followed. He adds a bit of energy into his shield to strengthen it and then turns down a side alley.
He touches his hand to the wall of a house and creates the illusion of the wall falling in. He adds the sound of falling rubble. He turns down another alley and continues walking on, in no hurry to escape the pursuers.

[Roland]

Hijo walks off down a small side alley not far from the village centre all was quiet he then sat down cross legged in the town square. After a few moments guards appeared from everywere.
'Hey you!' One shouted and ran forward. Hijo jumped up floored him he then kicked him in the head knocking him out. The rest charged at him But not before Hijo had called upon the spirits to Raise the dead. There was a small earthquake which the entire town heard then cracks appeared in the ground out of these cracks climbed hundreds of skeletal warriors. He sent a command to all the spirits
;Wipe out the guards;
;Reanimate their bodies;
;search for the murderer;
there was a loud bang and a cloud of balck smoke and Hijo was gone. The fighting could be heard all over the town and the screams of the guards dieing to the skeletal warriors hands.

[Misa Misuya]

Misa appears in the middle of the fighting to collect the souls of the dead guards. She sences their reamination process and knows exactly who was responsible.
"Hijo...very clever...but you used to be different, my friend... Whats going on around here?"
She swipes her chains at one of the souls flickering up into the sky and slams it back into her cloak, trapping it their.
She rips out her huge wings from her back, moving them infront of her. A silver lined black feather forms on the surface of her wing, representing a new soul added to her collection.
She flicks her feather coated wings behind her.

[Roland]

As Hijo walks through the battered streets observing all teh fighting.He lights another cigar.
He sees a guard standing his ground against 2 skeletal warriors Hijo orders the Spirits to stop attacking. He then walks over to the guard and draws his sword.
'Fight me and you are free to go'
The man lunged at Hijo but Hijo was to fast and cut his head off in a quick movement.
'Scum' Hijo whispered.
As he ordered a spirit to attack another group of guards. Hijo ran into a house barging the door down. A family was sitting in the corner A man had an axe in his hand.
'Im not here to hurt you, You have something of mine'
As Hijo takes the Neclass of the man wife.
'Have a good day as he walked out'
He then held the necklass in teh air, and a massive red beam flew out so all could see.

[Josh]

The morning was dawing. Raioe could tell because of the subtle increase in heat.
Time to get out of here. People will awake. He thinks.
He finds his way back to the way he came in. The sewers. He went to the drain grate, slipped inside and locked it with a small incantation behind him. He trudged his way through the sewer,

He emerged from a waste tunnel near te rubble of a Castle.

[Roland]

Hijo made his way through the ruined village. Lighting another cigar as he did so. His spirits had gone by now and all the guards were dead.'So so easy' He looked out at the sun which was making its way towards the sky.
