Raioe's Settlement - The Cult's Meet Place

Raioe lives in the Meet Place of the Cult. It is set within the stone at the top of a mountain and is surrounded by a mile long lake of water. The door is concealed. It needs a blood sacrifice to enter the place. It extends from the mountain's peak into the ground beneath it and is a series of rooms that extend beyond the mountain.
It is used as the Meet Place of The Cult, a group of sorcerers with an unknown purpose, and Raioe - and others - reside within as a safe place to stay.

Raioe's Room:
His room is in one of the lowest parts of the mountain where there is hardly any light because he doesn't need it. It is circular with a sleeping sack rolled up at the side. In the middle of the room is a small cushion surrounded by the wax remains of candles and various red stains on the floor. It is used for his rituals and 'Watching'.

The Peak of the Mountain: At the peak of the mountain is a Gate. It links the three mountains of each corner of the world together by sending each Invoker to a small chamber situated in an unknown location. This is used as a means of communcation between the other two Invokers to inform of what has been 'Watched'.

Way up high, at the top of the mountain (which lies in a desolate land surrounded by a huge lake) within the peak is a gate. It links all three of the highest peaks of Neldorin together. The other two Invokers are waiting within the gate...
"He is late," a cold, emotionless voice said, "surely we cannot wait much longer,"
The other Invoker, a woman with a venemous tongue said. "No, we cannot. At this rate, we will have to force him here. This is far too large to ignore. Raioe has always been an imbecile and such an idiot" She said.
"Enough, Palci," commanded the emotionless one "He is more capable than you ever will be."
She shut up.

Raioe appeared in the circular room that resides in limbo between the three gates that are equally spread about that lead to the three distant countries of Neldorin. Technically not in the normal world, Raioe is able to see. He removed his eye silk.
"Oh, we so enjoyed the wait," hissed Palci "We were having so much fun,"
And you think I enjoyed being trapped on Stormforce, encaged in a crystal dome, fighting for the sake of my life and everyone else's and not even being able to see?
The emotionless one, Faryn, said "Settle down." He appeared to be the most commandent although all the Invokers were of equal status. Their jobs were to watch over Neldorin though almost no one knows this. They belong to the Cult, the heavily secret group of Watcher's that run a huge spy network through the land.
