Xervish thrust his hand into the bag of crystals and located a diamond.l He formed this around his body, encasing him. Hopefully the structure fo the diamond - the hardest crystal known to him - would suffice as protection. Unfortunatly it was his last one. In the few seconds he stood there, trapped and waiting for the axe to come crashing down, he i'd up the wolf corpse. There are hardly any signs of decay. If I could guess... I would say that was Damien.

The minotaurs axe smashes onto the Diamond, it slides off onto the floor, smashes into the ground around Xervish. It slugs its huge body across the side of the room, he swings his axe around again, smashes it to the side of the Diamond with brute force. He is repeating the motion.

[Josh]

Chink. Chink. Crack! The minotour managed to break through the diamond. It burst into millions of pieces, the power lost from it, rendering it useless. Xervish dived to the wolf, sliding along the ground landing next to it. He reached his combined spirit outwards and brushed it against the wolf corpse, keeping his eye on the minotaur. He willed the spirit to go in. Eventually it did. It was like the final piece of a puzzle snapping together. The wolf seemed to dissapear from the room.
He tried going into his Wolf form. The non-bone one. It worked. The Wolf was back.
He turned in a tight circle, bearing his teeth in a snarl. The golden marks glew brightly on his back.
He sprinted towards the beast.

He pounded along and slid through the minotaur's legs (being careful to avoid the huge hooves that appeared that they would crush a man) and skidded around to the back of it. He leapt onto the back of it, digging his claws into the thick skin and muscle, clawing his way towards the neck. He opened his jaws, ready to snap into the neck.
