The City in the Sky is suspended in the skies of Neldorin, forever floating and orbiting the world.
It is kept within the skies by some unforetold and ancient magicks once set by the High Angels of the North.
The city was created from a mountain torn from the ground and flipped over. It was upon the base of this that the city was built; an eternal place for the eternal angel.
The city is complex and very large. The buildings are made from varieties of material ranging from gold and platinum to sandstone and marble.

Often clouds accumlate around the base of this, hiding it from view of the inhabitants of the surface.
