Weather Manipulation

Technique Name: Soaring Heats
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description: This makes the temperature soar to dangerous heights. This can be directed as a general target or upon someone's body temperature to cause dehydration, stroke and even death. In the area, it can cause droughts.

Technique Name: Absoloute Zero
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description: This makes the temperature drop to below freezing. It can cause frostbite, hypothermia and even death if used on a body or It can also be used as a general target which can cause snow storms.

Technique Name: Atmospheric [something which i can't think of yet :] ]
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique description: This causes the atmospheric levels to change. This can cause the explosion or implosion of a target or can be used as a starter for other abilities like storm.

Technique Name: Winds of Change
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description: This allows control over the winds which can be used as an attack. It can be shaped into balls or streams of air.

Technique Name: Rains of Sorrow
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description: This causes rains to appear over head. This can be the beggining of Halting Hail.

Technique Name: Halting Hail
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description:This can only be used after Roaring rains. This freezes the rains, turning it into ice which can be used to slice an opponent.

Technique Name: Storms of Death
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description: This causes clouds to condense either above the target or in the users hands. From this, electricity can be generated to send shocks at an opponent.

Technique Name: Quake
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description: By shifting the patterns of tectonic movements ever so slightly, small earthquakes can be generated, thus being able to knock someone off their feet. This can lead to Lava's Lament

Technique Name: Lava's Lament
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description: As a follow up to Quake, Lava's lament causes the tectonics to split open and force lava up to the surface, it can then be used to trap an opponent by quickly cooling the rock or to burn them alove.

Technique Name: Torrent
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique Description: By Combining Winds of Change and Rains of Sorrow, Torrent can be achieved. This allows a tornado like water spout to wash away foes.

Technique Name: Concealing Mists
Technique Type: Manipulation
Technique description: By raising the pressure around water, Tenki can turn it into a mist which can conceal himself.
