I haven't heard about this, but I can tell you the gist of it in most cases.


The point system is used to stop people making Godmod accounts,
In most cases, the point system is used to give people certain abilities, at the cost of their points,
eg;

Bone Manifestation - 7 points
Fire Manipulation - 3 points
Fire Manifestation - 6 points


And you'd get a certain amount of points, so like, if you had 10 points

Fire Manifestation + Fire Manipulation = 9 Points
Leaving you 1 for other items.
If you don't understand, I'll explain in more detail, but right now, CoD4 is waiting for me.

Maybe for better weapons?
Elemental training?

Eg;
Fire normally burns and scars, but with Elemental Training, it only burns you a little, to the point where you can heal it.
